I can’t believe it’s already Thanksgiving time!  Where does the year go?  The days between Thanksgiving and Christmas always fly by.  Soon we will be going to holiday parties and watching the apple drop on New Year’s Eve.

Out of all the festive holidays, Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite.  I love having those 4 relaxing days with the family, plenty of food and a cozy fire.  Making the Thanksgiving menu low-FODMAP means I can rest assured my weekend won’t be ruined by an IBS flare.
