    I can’t get over how many different cookie recipes there are on this page! They all look amazing. I thought this low-FODMAP diet would be hard but I am feeling so much better already!

    Thank you so much for sharing all these wonderful cookie recipes with us. May I ask you one question please? How many grams of flour are there in the gluten free plain flour that you use in some of your recipes?

      Thanks for the question, but we aren’t sure we quite know how to answer this. The amount of flour would depend on the recipe. Do you have one in mind?
      The brand of flour we typically use is mentioned in our low-FODMAP Bake Off Blog.
