Low-FODMAP Braised Beef Brisket; Gluten-free, Dairy-free

Printer Friendly Version

This is a tender and savory low-FODMAP beef brisket that is an outstanding weekend dinner.  Low-FODMAP beef brisket was a natural recipe for me to modify, since beef brisket was a Sunday night staple in my childhood home.  My mother’s beef brisket was made with onion soup mix, so there was an obvious need for a revamp to low-FODMAP!

This low-FODMAP beef brisket is made on the stovetop and oven, so a stove-to-oven casserole dish is very useful.  I also use infused oils to supplement the flavor.  These are available at an oil shop near my home as well as some of the grocery stores, but if you aren’t able to find these (check out my low-FODMAP recipe swap blog for some locations), then it is possible to infuse your own oil, or use regular oils instead.

I hope you enjoy this low-FODMAP braised beef brisket recipe for many weekends to come,  It is also adaptable for Passover.
