Hearty Low-FODMAP Cheeseburger Pie; Gluten-free

Printer Friendly Version

What could be better than a cheeseburger?  How about low-FODMAP Cheeseburger Pie?

This low-FODMAP recipe is an American twist on low-FODMAP Shepherd’s Pie and low-FODMAP Cottage Pie.  My version contains biscuit dough instead of potatoes, and no vegetables.  However, I love to serve this with a low-FODMAP Tossed Salad or low-FODMAP glazed carrots.

You may wish to enjoy this low-FODMAP Cheeseburger Pie with my low-FODMAP Ketchup, or my low-FODMAP Barbecue Sauce, but it has plenty of flavor on its own.

Low-FODMAP Cheeseburger Pie is a perfect weeknight meal for the whole family.  It freezes well and can be prepared in advance.  Plus this low-FODMAP meal is super-filling, hearty and nutritious.
